Police Reports 10-6-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Joshua Boudreaux, 30, of Cypress Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:59 a.m. on warrants charging him with terrorizing, simple assault and disturbing the peace. He was also charged with four counts of possession of legend drugs with prescriptions and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Channing Charpentier, 29, of Big Bear Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday on charges of fourth offense DWI, no insurance and driving left of center. No bond was set.
John Jackson, 64, of Martin Luther King Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 7:55 a.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension and was held on $766 bond.
Kenneth Smith, 56, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:08 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and remaining where forbidden, and was released on a summons.
Samantha Jones, 31, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:11 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on $317 bond.
Javontrae Bourgeois, 25, of Liner Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:44 p.m. on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of remaining where forbidden and released on $433 bond.
Efremzimbalist Randle Jr., 23, of Pickett Lane, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 7:44 p.m. on charges of careless operation, no driver’s license and resisting and officer by giving a false name. He was also charged on warrants from the sheriff’s department and 19th Judicial District Court charging him with armed robbery and failure to appear for a charge of robbery. No bond was set.
Ciara Williams, 27, of Third Street, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 7:57 p.m. on a charge of obstruction of justice, a Jeanerette failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and no driver’s license and a Morgan City warrant on a charge of contempt of court. No bond was set.
The following arrests stem from officers receiving several complaints of juveniles allegedly kicking trash cans and putting condiments on residences and vehicles in the areas of Fifth, Magnolia, and Pine streets. Upon locating the group, the juveniles reported fled on foot. The four subjects arrested below reportedly had different condiments in their possession.
Arrested Monday at 9:11 p.m. were:
Da’shaun Wallace, 17, of Sixth Street, Franklin, charged with criminal mischief, three counts criminal trespassing and resisting an officer. Released on $2,000 bond.
Isaiah Logwood, 17, of Willow Street, Franklin, charged with criminal mischief and three counts criminal trespassing. Released on $1,000 bond.
La’darrius Davis, 17, of Roseville Street, Franklin, was charged with criminal mischief and three counts criminal trespassing. Released on $1,000 bond.
A male, 16, was charged with criminal trespassing, resisting an officer and criminal mischief. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
