Police Reports 10-7-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Clifton J. Vining Jr., 45, of 114-B Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 7:44 a.m. on charges of simple battery and criminal damage to property and was held on $1,000 bond.
Michael Dupas, 55, of 1205 Theresa St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 2:58 p.m. on a warrant charging him with issuing worthless checks and released on a summons.
Christopher Crochet, 25, of 1014 Belleview St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Monday at 7:15 p.m. on charges of following too close, possession of Schedule I drugs and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Anthony Harris, 19, of 219 West Side Park Lane, Amelia, was arrested Monday at 7:15 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and drug paraphernalia and held on $3,500 bond.
Samoa Scott, 19, of 702 Hilda St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7;15 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Henry C. Bias III, 26, of 1020 James St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 2:15 a.m. on charges of tail light required and suspended license and was released on a summons.
Alisha Mire, 30, of 104 Jordin Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 6:35 p.m. on a leash law violation and was released on a summons.
Alfred Broussard III, 49, of 136 Prairie Road North, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:26 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of aggravated assault with a firearm. No bond was set.
Chad Toups, 41, of 116 Doris St,. Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 10:07 p.m. on a warrant charging her with theft and held on $7,500 bond.
Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division conducted an investigation into the alleged operation of a clandestine laboratory. During the course of the investigation, detectives reportedly located methamphetamine, items of drug paraphernalia and several items used to manufacture methamphetamine. Two children were also living at the residence.
Robert Fontenot, 42, of 111 Duhon Lane, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:45 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, drug paraphernalia and a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of juveniles, operation of a clandestine lab and manufacture of meth. No bond was set.
Miranda Brown, 22, of 111 Duhon Lane, was arrested Tuesday at 3:46 p.m. on charges of possession of meth, drug paraphernalia, a controlled dangerous substance in the presence of juveniles, operation of a clandestine lab and manufacture of meth. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Eulala McCoy, 20, of Vista Village, Morgan City, Tuesday at 1:29 p.m. on district court failure to appear warrants on charges of forgery, monetary instrument abuse, unlawful use of a driver’s license and operating a vehicle without proper equipment. She was released on $2,000 bond.
Sharon Brown, 52, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:53 p.m. on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace and released on $750 bond.
