Police Reports 10-8-13

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests.
Jennifer Hatfield, 37, of 348 Hunting Road, Ricohoc, was arrested Monday at 8:32 a.m. on a Patterson warrant charging her with failure to appear on traffic charges. No bond was set.
A male juvenile, 14, of Jeanerette, was arrested Monday at 7:20 p.m. on charges of attempted burglary, criminal trespassing and criminal mischief. He was detained awaiting juvenile court.
Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division agents reported the arrest of Cherie Couvillier, 27, of 122 Big Bear Lane, Franklin, Monday at 7:30 p.m. on charges of possession of Schedule III narcotics and two counts possession of legend drugs without a prescription. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Leonard Howard, 24, of Cypremort Road, Franklin, Monday at 9:53 p.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of criminal neglect of family. He was also charged with aggravated obstruction of a highway, reckless operation, driving under suspension, no insurance, simple criminal damage to property and illegal possession of a stolen firearm. No bond was set.
