Police Reports 11-23-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Calvin Conley, 49, of 1120 La. 83, Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 8:10 p.m. on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of remaining where forbidden, resisting an officer, and disturbing the peace (intoxication). He was released on a $2,000 bond.
McKinsey Hopkins, 18, of 198 Lake Rd., Franklin, was arrested on Friday at 10:53 p.m. on a charge of criminal trespass. Hopkins was released on a summons to appear in court.
Dale Simoneaux Jr., 25, of 10799 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 5:13 p.m. on a warrant charging him with two counts theft by fraud. No bail was set.
Wilfridin Velez-Santiago, 30, 301 Grizaffi St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 8:44 p.m. and charged with speeding, no driver’s license, and open alcohol container in a motor vehicle. Velez-Santiago was released on a summons to appear in court.
John A. Banks, 42, of 100 Sorrel Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday at 12:30 a.m. and charged with careless operation of a motor vehicle and no insurance. Banks was released on a summons to appear in court.
John A. Banks, 42, of 100 Sorrel Ln., Jeanerette, was arrested on Sunday at 5:21 a.m. on a charge of reckless operation of a vehicle (with a crash). Banks was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Department Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Tramaine Butler, 21, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:54 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (synthetic marijuana) with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Natasha Ruffin, 28, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested on Friday at 4:18 p.m. on a warrant charging her with simple criminal damage to property. Bond was set at $1000.
Cherry Donati, 30, of Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 8:39 p.m. and charged with simple burglary. Donati was also arrested on a warrant for the City Court of Morgan City charging her with speedin. No bond was set.
Jethro Lambert, 35, of Cedar St., Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:39 p.m. and charged with simple burglary and possession of Schedule IV narcotics (Clonazepam). No bond was set.
Mack White, 73, of Brain Haven, Houston, Texas, was arrested Saturday at 9:31 p.m. and charged with careless operation and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond was set at $2000.
Michael Walters, 37, of J.A. Hernandez St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:12 p.m. on warrants charging him with unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and criminal trespassing. No bond was set.
