Police Reports 11-4-15

Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests:
Irvin Butler, 34, of St. Martinville, was arrested Sunday and charged with remaining where forbidden and released on a summons.
Gersson Viniegra, 31, of La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday on 16th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrants on charges of speeding, failure to use seat belts, two charges for failure to appear for hearings and two City Court of Morgan City warrants on charges of failure to appear to pay fines and fees on charges of disturbing the peace. No bond was set.
Gregory Taylor, 46, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday on a Chitimacha Police warrant on a charge of theft. He was released on a summons.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joseph D. Eusey Sr., 37, Fernandina Beach, Florida, was additionally charged Monday at 8:15 a.m. on a warrant for possession of cocaine, violation of a drug free zone and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail on the warrant was set at $75,000.
John DeMarco, 25, 105 Jordan Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 7:49 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension. DeMarco was released on a summons. Demarco was also cited for following too close.
Louis Neal Lee (aka Charles Clark), 57, last known address of Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:41 a.m. on charges of theft of goods and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Renata Harris, 35, 1041 Shaw Drive, Morgan City, was arrested on Monday at 4:29 p.m. on two warrants on charges of failure to appear for drug court status conferences. Bail was set at $200,000.
Franklin Police Department Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Dennard Casteal, 35, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 7:32 a.m. on warrants for Third Ward City Court charging him with failure to appear on the charges of failure to stop at a stop sign, no driver’s license, no driver’s license on person and no seat belt. Casteal was processed and held on a $517 cash bond.
Ronald Gordan, 54, of St. Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:26 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gordan was processed and held on a $3,500 bond.
Gary Robertson, 54, of Carl C. Foulcard Drive, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 10:54 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Robertson was also arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of careless operation. Robertson was processed and released on a $3,738 bond.
Toni Lanclos, 60, of St. Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:09 p.m. and charged with theft by shoplifting, third offense. Lanclos was processed and held on a $1,000 bond.
Alex Edwards, 22, of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 11:02 p.m. and charged with possession of cocaine, first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
