St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Kellie Boudreaux, 31, of 101 Willow Bend Lane, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of stop sign violation, no child restraint, possession of a legend drug without a prescription and possession of carisoprodol. No bond was set.
Devin Mayon, 21, of 219 Grey Eagle Road, Charenton, was arrested Monday at 12:21 p.m. on a warrant charging him with carnal knowledge with a juvenile. No bond was set.
Colby Roy, 21, of Broussard, was arrested Tuesday at 1:59 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and was released on a summons.
A juvenile male, 16, of Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 12:58 p.m. on charges of two counts of possession of stolen property in connection with the alleged theft of a four-wheeler and dirt bike. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Randy Plessala Jr., 42, of 300 Jacob St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 2:28 p.m. on a warrant charging him with criminal trespassing and was released on a summons.
Rene Theriot, 27, of Scott, was arrested Tuesday at 3:23 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant charging him with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless operation. No bond was set.
Wilbray Dauntain, 24 of 212 Easy St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:58 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of theft, simple battery and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. No bond was set.
Anthony Bourgeois, 39, of 319 Iowa St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:06 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court, second offense possession of marijuana, abuse of toxic vapors, driving under suspension and drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $200,000.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Ray Ingram, 21, of 413 Lawrence St., Morgan City, Monday at 4:45 p.m. on charges of stop sign violation and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
Christopher Singleton, 39, of 1045 Ramos St., Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 6 p.m. on charges of failure to signal, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, transactions involving drug proceeds, possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Eric Swanson, 36, of 1207G Main St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 9:48 p.m. on charges of possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Chad Bertrand, 30, of 512 Joey St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 9:48 p.m. on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of a protective order. No bond was set.
Brian Derouen, 26, of 1224 South Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 5:03 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug, transactions involving drug proceeds and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
James Dinicola, 23, of 124 Field St., Bayou Vista, was arrested Tuesday at 7:17 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a drug free zone and possession of a Schedule III drug. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Brian Lemon, 33, of Batiste Street, Baldwin Tuesday at 11:17 a.m. on a Baldwin warrant charging him with simple battery. He was held on $500 bond.
Kenslo Charles, 35, of Houston, was charged Tuesday at 4:02 p.m. while incarcerated at the parish jail on warrants for possession of MDMA, second offense possession of marijuana, driving under suspension, illegal possession of stolen things and simple burglary. He was also charged on a Third Ward Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of open alcohol container. No bond was set.
