Police Reports 3-12-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Jimmy H. McGraw, 35, of 1026 Red Cypress Road, Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 11:12 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $22,088 bond.
Erlin Suazo, 18, of 1700 Barrow St., Apt. 5, Amelia, was arrested Tuesday at 1:46 p.m. on charges of following too close and driving without a legal presence in the country. No bond was set.
Gregory Jackson, 24, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Tuesday at 7:08 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $1,000 bond.
Harold Sheets Jr., 30, of 3430 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 10:02 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant charging him with failure to report an accident and no driver’s license. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Nathaniel A. Rollins, 18, of Solar Apartments, No. 211, Morgan City, Tuesday at 7:07 p.m. on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Charles Bourque, 44, of 617 St. John St., Franklin, after an investigation by the department’s criminal investigation division technology unit.
Bourque allegedly conducted online activity with undercover police posing as a 16-year-old female. He was charged with two counts of indecent behavior with juveniles, two counts of computer aided solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes and one count of attempted possession of pornography involving juveniles. No bond was set.
In unrelated arrests, Craig Gant, 22, no address given, was arrested Tuesday at 11:18 a.m. on a charge of probation violation. No bond was set.
Darren Darby, 18, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 4:21 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and simple battery. He was held on $2,000 bond.
Robert Tillman, 23, of Robert Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 5:19 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. He was held on $5,000 bond.
