Police Reports 3-26-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Burney Carter Jr., no age given, of 218 Ricohoc Drive, Ricohoc, was arrested Tuesday at 4:45 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of cocaine and possession of hydrocodone. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Charles Lodrigue III, 34, of 709 Bellanger St., Morgan City, Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, third offense possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of methamphetamine and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Chad W. Chase, 39, of 112 Bernard St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 3:55 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jarmontay Robertson, 20, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, Tuesday at 11:50 a.m. on warrants charging him with simple battery and simple criminal damage to property. He was held on $1,500 bond.
Tris Madison, 21, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:50 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. No bond was set.
