Police Reports 3-31-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
James Anderson, 52, of Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia-fourth offense and theft of goods. Anderson was processed and held with no bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joseph Boudreaux, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 2:31 p.m. and charged with reckless operation. He was released on a summons to appear in court.
Heidi Songe, 39, of 1009 Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 6:52 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of no seat belt and operating a vehicle with a suspended license. No bail was set.
Sadadra V. Boatman, 29, of 513 Ash St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 9:48 p.m. and charged on a warrant from Tarrant County, Texas for robbery with bodily injury. No bail was set.
Kaleb Calloway, 19, of Bayou Vista, was additionally charged Monday on a warrant for simple battery at 3:09 p.m. at the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center where he is incarcerated. No bail was set on this charge.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Dorian Linscomb, 41, of Eves Street, Jeanerette, was arrested Sunday and charged with battery on a police officer, resisting an officer with force, and disturbing the peace. He was incarcerated and after booking immediately bonded out on a $2,500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Cathy Crochet, 35, of 2686 Fourth St., Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 10:24 a.m. and charged on a warrant for simple battery. Crochet was released on a $500 bond.
Derek Gaskins, 35, of 129 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 1:33 p.m. and charged on a warrant for three counts of unlawful restraint of a dog. Gaskins was released after posting a $6,000 bond.
Destiny R. Guillory, 25, of Lafayette, was arrested Wednesday at 2:50 p.m. and charged for possession of Schedule I drugs. Guillory was released on a $2,000 bond.
A juvenile male, 16, of Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 5:34 p.m. and charged for aggravated battery. Following the investigation, the juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Dontre Austin, 20, of 513 Second St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 9:20 p.m. on a warrant for carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Austin was released after posting a $10,000 bond.
Jarvis Granger, 29, of 1004 Joseph St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 11:22 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I-fourth offense, misuse of toxic vapors and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. No bail was set.
Brennan Skinner, 23, of 1061 Grace St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 11:22 p.m. and charged on the following warrants: warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace, warrant for failure to appear on the charge of speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear and a warrant for simple battery. No bail was set.
Annabel Garza, 22, of 505 Egle St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 2:32 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Garza was released on a summons to appear in court.
Mikal Boutte, 20, of 2207 Neco Town Road, New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 2:32 a.m. and charged with disturbing the peace. Boutte was released on a summons to appear in court.
