Police Reports 3-4-16
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Joel A. Fabre, 27, of Houma, was arrested Thursday at 8:23 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. Fabre was released on a $430 bond.
Matthew Strubb, 18, of 1803 Canal Drive, Franklin, was additionally charged on a warrant for theft. Strubb was released on a $2,000 bond.
Cameron Aucoin, 17, of 2014 Burney Lane, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 11:09 a.m. and charged on a warrant for theft. Aucoin was released on a $1,000 bond.
Denver C. Chapman III, 23, of 171 Village Lane, Morgan City, was arrested on Thursday at 11:25 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. No bail was set.
Shane Suire, 20, of 1029 Susan Court, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 7:07 p.m. and charged with reckless operation of a vehicle and possession of Schedule IV (alprazolam). No bail was set.
Kieron Mandubourg, 59, of 320 Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Friday at 1:14 a.m. and charged with the following offenses: operating a vehicle while intoxicated, possession of Schedule I (marijuana), possession of Schedule II (cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a drug free zone and possession of open alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Department reported the following arrests:
Samantha Jones, 32, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:03 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for failure to appear on the charge of simple battery. Jones was processed and released on a $318 cash bond.
Carl Joseph Jr., 22, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:21 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule IV narcotics (Tramadol), possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Omeprazole), possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Amoxicillin), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Joseph was processed and held with no bond.
Frederick Jackson, 36, of Trowbridge Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:21 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics (Cocaine) with intent to distribute, possession of Schedule IV narcotics (Tramadol), possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Omeprazole), possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Amoxicillin) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Jackson was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
Carol Joseph, 35, of Twelfth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:21 a.m. and charged on a warrant charging her with theft of goods. Joseph was also charged with disturbing the peace by loud and obscene language. Joseph was processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
