Police Reports 3-7-16
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Edward Beasley, 38, of 410 Varone St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 2:50 p.m. and charged with failure to yield and hit and run driving. Beasley was released on a summons to appear in court.
Emanuel Gonzales-Ortez, 21, of Amelia, was arrested Saturday at 4:18 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of careless operation of a motor vehicle, operating a vehicle without a driver’s license and failure to honor written promise to appear. Gonzales-Ortez was released on a $365 bond.
Jamie R. Charles, 31, of Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 2:45 p.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to obey traffic control signals. No bail was set.
Wilson J. Jackson, 34, of Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 2:57 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, improper lane usage and operating a vehicle without a driver’s license. Bail was set at $6,000.
Clinton Fryer, 28, of 568 Willow Court, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 11:56 a.m. and charged with violation of protective orders. Fryer was released on a $1,500 bond.
Juvenile female, 13, of Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 4:12 p.m. and charged with simple battery and ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile was released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Betty Neddie, 66, of Siracusaville, was arrested Monday at 12:10 a.m. and charged with hit and run driving. Neddie was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Shalante Verrett, 19, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:42 p.m. and charged with nonconsensual disclosure of a private image. Verrett was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Vontranequa Paul, 20, of Weber Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 3:59 p.m. and charged with felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. Paul was processed and held with no bond set.
Brandon Allison, 31, of Lake Charles, while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, was arrested Friday at 1:12 p.m. on a parole violation. Allison was processed and held with no bond set.
Levonne Johnson, 31, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:36 a.m. on a warrant dated February 9, 2016, for the charge of criminal damage to property. Johnson was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
April James, 29, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:42 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana) first offense. James was processed and released on a $2,000 bond.
Kimberly Druilet, 20, of John B Street, Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 4:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for the charges of cyberstalking and telephone communication, improper language. Druilet was processed and released on a $1,000 bond.
Jaylon Randle, 18, of Mechanic Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:06 a.m. and charged with possession of Schedule II narcotics (oxycodone). Randle was processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
