Police Reports 4-17-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests this morning:
Gary Draper, 41, of 117 Railroad Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 10:48 a.m. on Houma warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of simple battery and disturbing the peace. He was turned over to Houma authorities.
Brett Gaspard, 23, of 231 Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 11:26 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of possession of heroin, possession of Schedule I drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Edward J. Mills, 46, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Wednesday at 3:55 p.m. on a warrant charging him with obtaining a prescription by fraud. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Jonathan Small, 29, of Plantation Drive, Franklin, and Sherrell Small, 27, same address, was arrested Wednesday at 8:05 p.m. on charges of simple battery. Both were released on bonds of $500.
