Police Reports 4-25-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bennie Charles, 31, of 1405 North Third St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:11 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to comply with the conditions of probation. Charles was transferred to another facility for housing.
Peter Grogan Jr., 37, of 131 Railroad Ave., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 11:30 a.m. and charged on warrant for failure to appear on the charges of unauthorized use of an access card, warrant for failure to appear on the charges of domestic abuse batter and two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family. Grogan was transferred to another facility for housing.
John Buck Jr., 29, of Ricohoc, was arrested Friday at 6:32 p.m. and charged with resisting an officer and on a warrant for second degree robbery and simple battery. Bail was set at $301,000.
Derrick C. Woods, 29, of Youngsville, was arrested Friday at 7:22 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension, expired vehicle registration and no proof of insurance. Woods was released on a summons to appear in court.
Andrew Alexander, 59, of 129 Charles Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:03 p.m. and charged with the following offenses: license plate light required, no license plate, no driver’s license and possession of marijuana. Alexander was released on a summons to appear in court.
Tyler Sanchez, 21, of Lake Charles, was arrested Saturday at 2:17 p.m. and charged with possession of synthetic cannabinoids, possession of Schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia. Sanchez was released on a $5,500 bond.
Casandra Collins, 39, of 115 Sycamore Drive, Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 1:44 p.m. and charged for two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of theft of goods and littering. No bail was set.
Raheem R. Richard, 23, of Thibodaux, was arrested Saturday at 6:21 p.m. and charged for failure to obey a traffic control signal and no insurance. Richard was released on a summons to appear in court.
Mavis Pontiff, 42, of 20189 La. 182, Jeanerette, was arrested Saturday at 11:00 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of theft and on two warrants from the Franklin Police Department for possession with intent to distribute Schedule II and illegal possession of stolen things. No bail was set.
Bobby Nelton, 39, of 238 Pontiff St., Houma, was arrested Sunday at 4:52 a.m. and charged for driving under suspension. Nelton was released on a summons to appear in court.
Tammy Patrick, 40, of Martinville, was arrested Sunday at 5:16 p.m. and charged for failure to appear on the charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. No bail was set.
Charles St. Julian, 32, of 133 Chamber Lane, Centerville, was arrested Monday at 12:10 a.m. and charged for maximum speed law violation, no driver’s license on person and no insurance. St. Julian was released on a summons to appear in court.
Kim P. Conner, 39, of 108 Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 2:13 a.m. and charged on two warrants for failure to appear on the charges of criminal neglect of family and contempt of court. Bail was set at $29,668.86.
Wesley Stevens, 52, of Ricohoc, was arrested Monday at 3:16 a.m. and charged with theft and disturbing the peace. Bail was set at $1,500.
