Police Reports 4-30-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
John L. Hall, 24, of 321 La. 182, Lot 7½, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 8:54 a.m. on a warrant charging him with failure to register as a sex offender. No bond was set.
Bonnie Venable, 47, of New Iberia, was arrested Tuesday at 10:37 a.m. on warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks and failure to appear on a charge of issuing worthless checks. No bond was set.
Shanice S. Thomas, 25, of 606 Sixth St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 12:40 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of issuing worthless checks. She was held on $1,500 bond.
Mark A. Smith, 50, of 1406 Myrtle St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 1 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of remaining where forbidden and resisting an officer. He was held on $5,000 bond.
Four persons were arrested after a reported fight at West St. Mary High School Tuesday afternoon at about 3 p.m.
Kevin Loston, 20, of 417 Lockett Road No. 2, Jeanerette, was charged with disturbing the peace and resisting an officer and released on $1,500 bond.
Ke’Von Loston, 17, of 417 Lockett Road No. 2, Jwarski Jack, 19, and J’Korde Jack, 17, both of 246 AB Martin Road, Lot 1, Jeanerette, were charged with disturbing the peace. Both were released on bonds of $500.
A school resource officer assigned to West St. Mary High School responded to a report of a physical altercation between two students, Ke’von Loston and J’Korde Jack. The deputy ordered the students to have no further contact with each other. A short time later, deputies responded to a report of a fight on Lockette Road 2. During the course of the investigation deputies learned that the four subjects listed above engaged in a verbal argument challenging each other to fight. Jwarski Jack and J’Korde Jack left the area after they learned that the sheriff’s office had been notified of the disturbance. Deputies located Jwarski and J’Korde Jack on Big Four Corners Road. Following the investigation, all four subjects were arrested and transported to the parish jail for booking and incarceration. During the arrest of Kevin Loston, he allegedly attempted to pull away from deputies. He was later released on a $1,500 bond. Ke’von Loston, Jwarski Jack, and J’Korde Jack were each released on a $500 bonds.
Deon Leonard, 20, of 610 Labau St., Baldwin, was arrested Tuesday at 3:20 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of simple assault and criminal trespassing. He was held on $10,000 bond.
Miesha Moore, 33, of 220 Florida St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 4:57 p.m. on charges of theft of goods and second offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
Crystal Tomino, 26, of 807 Florence St., Morgan City, was arrested today at 3:19 a.m. on charges of driving under suspension and a headlight violation. She was released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Chad M. Richard, 33, of Pierre Part, Tuesday at 6:58 p.m. on a charge of possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
