Police Reports 5-23-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Roger Sullivan, 51, of 4068 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:31 a.m. on charges of misuse of 911 and two counts of resisting an officer. He was released on $2,250 bond.
Albert L. Wiggins, 28, of 147 La. 317, Centerville, was arrested Thursday at 9:52 a.m. on a Lafourche Parish warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of careless operation and no child restraint. He was released on $2,000 bond.
Ricky L. Tate Jr., 31, of 4658 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 3:29 p.m. on warrants charging him with three counts of simple burglary and failure to appear on a charge of illegal possession of stolen things. No bond was set.
A juvenile male, 14, of Centerville, was arrested Thursday at 7:31 p.m. on a charge of driving an ATV on a public road. He was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Michael Wilkerson, 23, of 214 Mars Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 11:22 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by foul language and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jared M. Johnson, 31, of Cutoff, Thursday at 4 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, controlled dangerous substance in the presence of a minor and a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. He was released on $10,000 bond.
Lucille G. Leonard, 34, of 711 Franklin St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 6:37 p.m. on a warrant charging her with possession of Schedule III drugs.
Alton Brasheer, 63, of 711 Duke St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:58 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. He was released on a summons.
Alton Castille, 38, of 711 Duke St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 11:58 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, drug paraphernalia, second offense possession of marijuana, possession of Schedule IV drugs, transactions from drug proceeds and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
