Police Reports 5-30-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brent Burgess, 34, of 116 Tunica Drive, Charenton, was arrested Thursday at 12:51 p.m. on a warrant charging him with simple battery. He was released on $500 bond.
Brad Holbert Jr., 28, of 112 Hernandez Court, Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 4:33 p.m. on a failure to appear on a charge of underage DWI. No bond was set.
Mary Minvielle, 37, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 3:13 p.m. on a warrant charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Heather Blanchard, 18, of 101 3Bs Lane, No. 2, Morgan City, was charged Thursday at 11:08 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released on $500 bond.
A juvenile female, 14, of New Orleans, was arrested Thursday at 11:09 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace by fighting and resisting an officer by giving false information and held with no bond set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Kimber Thompson, 26, of 375 Pacific St., Berwick, on a warrant charging her with possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to distribute, possession of paraphernalia, possession in the presence of a juvenile, violation of a drug free zone and a tail light violation. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Grace Loustalot, 24, of Cayce Street, Franklin, Thursday at 9:01 a.m. on charges of criminal trespassing and theft. She was released on $3,000 bond.
Xavier McGhee, 23, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursay at 2:44 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery, driving under suspension, criminal damage to property, simple assault, disturbing the peace, no insurance and expired inspection. He was released on $8,000 bond.
