Police Reports 6-10-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division:
Bernard Mitchell, 55, of 209 Cedar St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 6:18 p.m. and charged for driving under suspension. Mitchell was released on a summons to appear in court.
August F. Tjon, 62, of Youngsville, was arrested Wednesday at 12:48 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of three counts of unauthorized use of a movable. No bail was set.
Tyrusha R. Charles, 34, of 1256 Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 3:08 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Charles was released after posting a $3,500 bond.
James Roosevelt Jr., 25, of 1256 Martin Luther King Road, Charenton, was arrested Wednesday at 3:08 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Roosevelt was released after posting a $3,500 bond.
Jaquincy Mouton, 23, of Franklin, was additionally charged with aggravated battery Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. No bond was set.
Kevin Drexler, 33, of New Iberia, was additionally charged with aggravated battery Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. No bond was set.
Ezekiel Anderson, 24, of Franklin, was additionally charged with aggravated battery Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. No bond was set.
Delvin Darby, 23, of Franklin, was additionally charged with aggravated battery Wednesday at 2:47 p.m. No bond was set.
Anthony Madison, 30, of 611 Robert St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:56 p.m. and charged for driving lamps required (no headlight) and driving under suspension. Madison was released on a summons to appear in court.
Joshua D. Dimaggio, 18, of 1803 Rose St., Lot 2, Berwick, was arrested Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. and charged for simple assault. Dimaggio was released on a $250 bond.
Sidney Bourque, 60, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Thursday at 6:23 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of issuing worthless checks and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, failure to use seatbelts and failure to honor written promise to appear. No bail was set.
Angela Bourque, 43, of New Iberia, was arrested Thursday at 3:10 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of disturbing the peace. Bourque was released on a $1,000 bond.
Roy D. Skinner, 51, of Thibodaux, was arrested Thursday at 8:59 p.m. and charged for license plate light required, driving under suspension and on a warrant from the City Court of Morgan City for contempt of court. No bail was set.
Guadalupe Cortes, 54, of 115 Everett St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 12:47 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, improper lane usage, possession of (open) alcoholic beverages in a motor vehicle, no proof of insurance and no driver’s license. No bail was set.
Carl Chavis Jr., 35, of Houston, Texas, was arrested Friday at 2:24 a.m. and charged with improper lane usage, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Jim Watson, 36, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 4:19 p.m. while incarcerated at the Franklin Police Department, for the charge of unlawful use or access to social media. Watson was processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
