Police Reports 6-13-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Earl Haisley, 45, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6:37 a.m. for the charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Haisley was also arrested on warrants for the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office for failure to register (providing false information) and failure to register as a sex offender. Haisley was processed and held with no bond set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Justin Singleton, 18, of 1008 Irish Bend Road, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 8:48 p.m. and charged for possession of marijuana with intent to distribute. He was released on a $3,000 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division:
Kayla Davis, 27, of 111 Moon Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 4:53 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of careless operation of a motor vehicle and operating a vehicle with no insurance. No bail was set.
Pamela A. Garrison, 42, of 324 Charlotte Drive, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 1:37 p.m. and charged on a warrant for two counts of monetary instrument abuse. Garrison was released on a $3,000 bond.
Dinah L. Boudreaux, 52, of 8210 La. 182, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:21 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unlawful sales to persons under 21. No bail was set.
Joseph P. Miller, 20, of 104 Edward Lane, Jeanerette, was arrested Friday at 11:59 p.m. and charged for failure to yield to emergency vehicles. Miller was released on a summons to appear in court.
Kimberly Ruiz, 31, of 659 Utah St., Berwick, was arrested Saturday at 12:21 p.m. and charged for violation of the parish vicious animals ordinance. Ruiz was released on a summons to appear on court.
Jeremy L. Smith, 33, of 915 Martin Luther King St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 1:17 a.m. and charged for speeding and driving under suspension. The deputy released Smith on a summons to appear in court.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Brook Winch, 31, of Abbeville, was arrested Sunday and charged with theft, 15th Judicial warrant for failure to appear for unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling and Lafayette City Court warrant for failure to appear to schedule conditions of probation. Brook was incarcerated at the parish jail.
