Police Reports 6-14-16

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Shaquita Clark, 31, of Seventh Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:26 a.m. and charged on a bench warrant for City Court of Iberia for failure to appear on the charge of theft of goods under $500. Clark was processed and transported to Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Lazin McDaniel, 40, of Verdun Lane, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 6:30 p.m. and charged on a warrant for 29th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on the charge on speeding. McDaniel was processed and released on a $219 bond.
Jeremy Rideaux, 28, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:49 a.m. and charged on warrants for the charge of failure to register and notify as a sex offender. Rideaux was also arrested and charged with possession of Schedule I narcotics (ecstasy), no driver’s license and no license plate light. Rideaux was processed and held with no bond set.
Rodney Milburn III, 41, of Morris Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:07 a.m. for the charges of open alcohol container and operating a vehicle while intoxicated-second offense. Milburn was processed and released on a $3,000 bond.
Kurt Chapman, 29, of Caleb Lane, Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 1:10 p.m. for the charges of possession of Schedule II narcotics (crystal methamphetamines) with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia. Chapman was processed and held with no bond set.
Brad Jones, 19, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:31 a.m. and charged on a warrant for 16th Judicial District Court for failure to appear on traffic charges. Jones was processed and released on a $350 cash bond.
Jamon Johnson, 26, of Eagle Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:28 a.m. for the charges of speeding by radar, open alcohol container, resisting an officer, failure to yield to emergency lights, careless operation, driving under suspension and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Johnson was processed and released on a $3,250 bond.
Levonne Johnson, 31, of Tupelo Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 6:18 p.m. for the charges of possession of schedule I narcotics (marijuana)-third offense, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of a controlled dangerous substance law in a drug free zone and resisting an officer. Johnson was processed and transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center.
