Police Reports 6-15-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division:
Beau J. Babineaux, 35, New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 10:20 a.m. and charged on a warrant for probation violation. Babineaux was released on a $10,000 bond.
Roosevelt Hudson, 61, of 412 Bollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Monday at 12:05 a.m. and charged for speeding and driving under suspension. Hudson was released on a summons to appear in court.
Justin C. Callais, 25, of Houma, was arrested Monday at 4:55 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of resisting an officer by providing false information, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on a $750 bond.
Miles Bruno, 27, of Samford, North Carolina was arrested Monday at 5:17 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of speeding, direct contempt and failure to honor written promise to appear. Bail was set at $365.
Donald R. Vilo Jr., 28, of 411 Park St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 5:19 p.m. and charged on a warrant from the Patterson Police Department on the charge of distribution of marijuana and on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of marijuana. No bail was set.
Joshua D. Thibodeaux, 39, of Scott, was arrested Tuesday at 1:59 a.m. and charged for speeding and possession of Schedule IV (alprazolam) without a prescription. No bail was set.
Blake A. Giroir, 20, of 2943 Third St., Berwick, was arrested Tuesday at 4:30 a.m. and charged for simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling. No bail was set.
Cassie Hotard, 46, of 3288 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday at 4:21 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks. Hotard was released on a $1,500 bond.
Aaron Mitchell Sr., 34, of 210 Mitchell St., Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 8:50 p.m. and charged on a warrant for two counts of simple battery and remaining where forbidden. He was released on a $1,500 bond.
Third Ward Court Marshal David J. McCoy reported the following arrest:
James Wilson, 26, of 1110 Plantation Tech Drive, No. 29, was arrested Tuesday at 3:12 p.m. and charged on two separate bench warrants for failure to appear for arraignment. A cash bond of $578 was preset on the Third Ward Court warrants. Wilson was also charged with a failure to appear on a bench warrant for 16th Judicial District Court on a charge for driving under suspension. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrest:
Gregory Taylor, 47, of Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, was arrested Tuesday and charged for unlawful possession or use of drugs, unlawful possession or use of drugs in a drug free zone and three counts of unlawful possession and/or use of drug paraphernalia. He is incarcerated at the parish jail.
