Police Reports 6-16-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Ricky Comeaux Jr., 30, of 404 Cotton Road, Patterson, was arrested Friday at 9:43 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on unspecified charges. Bond was set at $3,000.
Christopher Absher, 29, of 140 Sydney Jr. Lane, Berwick, and Cara Absher, 17, of 238 Southwest Road, Bayou Vista, were arrested Friday at 11:34 a.m. on charges of simple battery on each other. Bonds were set at $5,000.
Jermaine Small, 34, of 279 Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:18 p.m. on charges of simple assault, disturbing the peace, aggravated criminal damage to property and child endangerment. No bond was set.
Christopher Oubre, 19, of 153 La. 182, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 11:33 a.m. on charges of stop light violation and possession of marijuana. He was released on a summons.
David Bergeron, 35, of 427 Tiffany St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 6:14 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace intoxicated and misrepresentation during booking. No bond was set.
Michael Stover, 40, of Pascagoula, Miss., was arrested Saturday at 7:03 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods. No bond was set.
Travis Robicheaux, 23, of 133 Oak St., Centerville, was arrested Saturday at 8:59 p.m. on charges of DWI and careless operation. Bond was set at $1,500.
Angela Weber, 46, of 115 Mercury Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 1:57 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Bond was set at $1,500.
Charles White, 24, of 101 B’s Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 9:30 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Spencer Bourda, 23, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, Friday at 8:15 a.m. on a charge of parole violation. No bond was set.
Denzel Williams, 23, of Hanson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:36 p.m. on charges of second offense possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. No bond was set.
Lane Howard Sr., 40, of Sixth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:31 p.m. on a Third Ward Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of theft, and district court warrants charging him with failure to appear on charges of criminal damage to property. He was held on $6,794 bond.
Kirt Favors, 42, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:56 p.m. on a charge of aggravated battery. No bond was set.
Jonathan Ruffin, 27, of James Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:11 a.m. on a charge of resisting an officer by giving false information. No bond was set.
Jacoby Roberts, 23, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 3:36 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer and battery on an officer. No bond was set.
