Police Reports 6-22-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division and Criminal Investigation Division:
Keira Wood, 19, of 917 Willard St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charges of direct contempt, failure to use seatbelts and failure to honor written promise to appear. Wood was also charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of unlawful purchase and/or public possession of alcoholic beverages. No bail is set.
Juvenile female, 16, of Franklin, was arrested on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m. and charged for ungovernable juvenile. The juvenile was subsequently released to a guardian pending juvenile court proceedings.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Daeon Johnson, 26, of Apple Street, Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 1:13 p.m. for the charge of simple criminal damage to property. Johnson was processed and held with no bond set.
Bernard Davis, 46, of New Iberia, was arrested Wednesday at 12:38 a.m. for the charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated- first offense, open alcohol container and speeding. Davis was also arrested on a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for possession of stolen things. Davis was processed and held with no bond set.
Roxanne Provost, 46, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:35 a.m. and charged on a warrant for the charge of possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana)-second offense. Provost was processed and held with no bond set.
