Police Reports 6-23-16

Franklin/Third Ward Marshal David J. McCoy reported the following arrest:
Johnny Loustalot, 55, of 203 Mechanic St., Franklin, was arrested and charged for failure to appear on an original charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated. He was held on a $368 cash bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center:
Dontrell Phillips, 29, of 203 Utopia St., Baldwin, was arrested Wednesday at 12:18 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of possession of Schedule I drugs. No bail was set.
Jessie Webb, 43, of Austin, Texas, was arrested Wednesday at 4:53 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of distribution of synthetic cannabinoids and on three warrants for failure to appear for drug court status conferences. No bail was set.
Malissa A. Gill, 26, of 136 Shady Grove Drive, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 2:50 a.m. and charged on four warrants for failure to comply with the terms and conditions of the drug court treatment program. Bail was set at $400,000.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrest:
Christine Lewis, 40, of B Street, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:48 a.m. and charged on warrants for the charges of driving while intoxicated with child endangerment and reckless operation of a vehicle. Lewis was processed and held with no bond set.
