Police Reports 6-24-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
A juvenile male, 16, of Patterson, was arrested Monday at 11:07 a.m. on a warrant charging him with being an ungovernable juvenile and simple criminal damage to property. He was released to the custody of the Office of Juvenile Justice.
Kimberly M. Gorman, 21, of 1218 Weber St., Franklin, was arrested Monday at 1:55 p.m. on two warrants charging her with failure to comply with the terms of drug court. Bond is $200,000.
Ronald L. Johnson, 51, of 313 Ditch Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Monday at 2:25 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of cocaine. Bond was set at $10,000.
Christopher G. Fryar, 31, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Monday at 2:25 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of second offense possession of Schedule I drugs and suspended driver’s license. He was released on $6,000 bond.
Darius Jackson, 25, of 1603 Main St., Franklin, was arrested today at 12:39 a.m. on charges of resisting an officer by giving false information, resisting with force or violence, criminal trespassing, possession of Schedule I drugs and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Zhane Pool, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested today at 12:39 a.m. on charges of possession of Schedule I drugs and violation of a drug free zone. No bond was set.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Jason Cavalier, 36, of 148 Cremo Lane, Patterson, Monday at 9:29 p.m. on charges of possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Lenessa Stroud, 26, of 725 Kem St., Patterson, was arrested Monday at 9:29 p.m. on charges of failure to dim headlights, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstruction of justice. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of D’Jaundranique Diggs, 23, of Eighth Street, Franklin, Friday at 10:25 a.m. on a warrant charging her with simple battery. She was released on $500.
Debra Parker, 50, of Barrow Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 10:37 a.m. on a warrant charging her with theft. She was released on $1,000 bond.
Amy Boynt, 25, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:18 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of no seat belt and revoked or suspended license. She was released on $325 bond.
Titanesia McDaniel, 32, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 12:01 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on $500 bond.
Julesia Druilhet, 20, of Anderson Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 2:06 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Jaquesha Jackson, 17, of Easy Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 1:51 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Brandon Davis, 36, of Willow Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 7:55 p.m. on Third Ward City Court failure to appear warrants on charges of no driver’s license on person, revoked license and improper turning. He was held on $790 bond.
Cedric Dupass, 26, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:29 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and released on $3,500 bond.
Tiffany Morgan Dupas, 31, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 12:41 .m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery. She was released on $3,500 bond.
Dedrick Gant, 29, of Live Oak Road, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 1:59 a.m. on charges of possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of Xanax/Alprazolam and three counts of resisting an officer. He was also charged Monday at 4:47 p.m. with a failure to appear warrant on charges of unlawful use of an identification card to gain access to a gaming establishment. No bond was set.
Jarrod Bowers, 29, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:21 a.m. on a district court warrant charging him with failure to appear on charges of no driver’s license and expired inspection. He was released on $1,000 bond.
Kaylah Benjamin, 19, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 3:38 a.m. on a warrant charging her with disturbing the peace by fighting. She was released on $357 bond.
Fred Williams, 26, of Eighth Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 8:55 a.m. on charges of suspended or revoked driver’s license and no seat belt, as well as an Iberia Parish failure to appear warrant on a charge of speeding and a Lafayette city warrant on a charge of failure to pay fines. No bond was set.
Mark Robin Jr., 29, of Cynthia Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 12:22 a.m. on a charge of third offense DWI. No bond was set.
Kenneth Smith, 55, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:44 a.m. on charges of entry or remaining after forbidden, criminal mischief and public intoxication. No bond was set.
Megan Parker, 27, of Ibert Street, Franklin, was arrested Monday at 5:18 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and released on $250 bond.
Ashalyn Coleman, 20, of Verdun Lane, Verdunville, was arrested Monday at 6:23 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace by fighting and a district court warrant on a charge of failure to comply with the terms of probation. She was held on $20,250 bond.
