Police Reports 6-27-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests from the Uniformed Patrol Division and Corrections Division:
Charles G. Sheehan, 54, of 510 Carol Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 2:11 p.m. and charged on a warrant for issuing worthless checks. Sheehan was released on a summons to appear in court.
Clayton Tardy Jr., 54, of 120½ Jolivette St., Baldwin, was arrested Friday at 7:15 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (obscene language). He was later released on a summons to appear in court.
Kyle Deroche, 28, of The Woodlands, Texas, was arrested Saturday at 2:52 a.m. and charged with criminal damage to property. Deroche was released on a $250 bond.
Freddy Borne, 38, of 400 Prairie Road North, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:38 a.m. and charged on a warrant from the City Court of Morgan City on the charge of theft. Borne was transported to the parish jail for booking and later transferred to the Morgan City Police Department jail.
Charles Walker Sr., 54, of Napoleonville, was arrested Sunday at 12:43 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Bail was set at $91,494.
Angel M. Delfi-Borrero, 36, of 810 Abbirene St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 2:51 p.m. and charged with flight from an officer, off road vehicles on a public roadway prohibited, no safety helmet, no insurance and criminal trespass. He was released on a $3,250 bond.
Deneric D. Guidry, 25, of 104 Sorrel Lane, Lafayette, was arrested Saturday at 3:49 p.m. and charged for no insurance. Guidry was released on a summons to appear in court.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Danny P. Dupuy, 37, of 751 Julia St., Amelia, was arrested Friday at 4:30 p.m. and charged for possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dupuy was released on a summons to appear in court.
Calvin Tabb, 53, of Charenton, was arrested Friday at 4:33 p.m. and charged with improper lane usage, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Tabb was released on a summons to appear in court.
Jessie Engleton Jr., 45, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 6:43 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting an officer (by flight), violation of a controlled dangerous substance law (drug free zone), transactions involving drug proceeds, obstruction of justice, littering and possession of (open) alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. No bail was set.
