Police Reports 6-4-14
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Medina Billiot, 46, of 1320 Nebraska St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 12:46 p.m. on a warrant charging her with accessory after to the fact to aggravated rape and authorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. The warrant stems from an April 16 investigation into the alleged rape of a 16-year-old juvenile female. Atlas White was arrested in April and charged with aggravated rape and unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. As the investigation continued, a detective reportedly discovered that Billiot was in communication with White while he was actively fleeing authorities. Billiot was released on a $5,000 bond.
Joshua Pojar, 32, of 1621 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, and Cory LeBlanc, 32, of 133 Lagonda Lane, Bayou Vista, were arrested Tuesday at 2:37 p.m. on charges of theft of goods. Both were released on summonses.
Robert A. Medlin, 32, of Baton Rouge, was arrested Tuesday at 1:50 p.m. on a warrant charging him with felony theft. No bond was set.
April L. Aucoin, 34, of 456 Park St., Patterson, was arrested Tuesday at 2:37 p.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and held on $500 bond.
Amber Taylor, 24, of 410 Levee Road, Morgan City, was arrested today at 1:48 p.m. on a charge of theft of goods and released on a summons.
Narcotics Division agents arrested William Doucet, 47, of 433 Clark St., Bayou Vista, Tuesday at 10:03 p.m. on charges of possession of methamphetamines and drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Kimiya Joseph, 20, of Morris Street, Franklin, Tuesday at 11:25 a.m. on a Third Ward City Court warrant charging her with failure to appear on a charge of disturbing the peace. She was released on $382 bond.
John Loustalot, 29, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was arrested Tuesday at 9:29 p.m. on charges of theft by shoplifting and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile. He was released on $2,000 bond.
