Police Reports 7-10-14

St. Mary Parish Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Dean Daigle, 49, of 719 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 10:08 a.m. on five warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $500,000.
James A. Skinner, 61, of 742 Chetta Lane, Morgan City, was arrested Wednesday at 1:46 p.m. on a warrant charging him with failure by a sex offender to notify law enforcement of a change of address. No bond was set.
