Police Reports 7-11-14

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kevin Delcour, 46, of Breaux Bridge, was arrested Thursday at 8:15 a.m. on warrants charging him with soliciting prostitution, probation violation and failure to appear on charges of issuing worthless checks and expired motor vehicle inspection. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Tyrone Freeman, 45, of La. 87, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 12:56 p.m. on charges of felony theft and theft. Bond had not been set as of this morning.
Rayfield Grant Jr., 28, of Gum Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 1:05 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and released on a $500 bond.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the arrests of Coset Abrahante, 29, of 704 St. Luke St., Patterson, and Teresita Rodriguez Pavato, 48, of 218 Amelia Street, Morgan City, Thursday at 11:20 a.m. on charges of theft over $300. Both were released on a summons.
