Police Reports 7-16-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Mong Duval, 29, of 178 Friendship Alley, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 8:57 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of theft of goods. Bond was set at $750.
Jasmine Gabriel, 22, of 314 Sorrell Road, Jeanerette, was arrested Wednesday at 10:37 a.m. on five Iberia Parish warrants charging her with issuing worthless checks. She was released on a summons.
Donald C. Burgo, 48, of 767 Degravelle Road, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 12:12 p.m. on a warrant charging him with parole violation and held with no bond set.
Kevin P. Mitchell Jr., 24, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Wednesday at 2:43 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of simple criminal damage to property. Bond was set at $500.
Lacey Martin, 26, of 301 David Drive, Bayou Vista, was arrested Wednesday at 7:16 p.m. on charges of possession of Xanax and possession in the presence of minors. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported that an investigation into alleged drug activity in the Darce Lane area resulted in the reported discovery of heroin in a vehicle and three persons were arrested Wednesday at 9:32 p.m.
Spencer Bourda, 24, of Blakesley Street, Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin and held with no bond set.
Kori Jones, 24, of Cayce Street, Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin and held with no bond set.
Gerald Dupas, 29, of Iberia Street, Franklin, was charged with possession of heroin and third offense possession of marijuana. No bond was set.
