Police Reports 7-18-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Nikeria Jefferson, 22, of New Orleans, was arrested Friday at 10:53 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana. Jefferson was released on a summons to appear in court. Jefferson was also issued a citation for speeding.
Daniel P. Guillotte, 43, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 4:08 p.m. and charged on a warrant for probation violation. Guillotte was released on a $300 bond.
Patricia Gray, 48, of 1710 Guyther St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 10:58 p.m. and charged with driving under suspension and on a warrant from Patterson Police for failure to appear on the charge of no tail lights. The deputy transported Gray to the parish jail for booking. Gray was later transferred to the Patterson Police Department jail on the warrant.
Miranda Brown, 23, of 115 A Elaine St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 5:30 p.m. and charged on a warrant for failure to appear for a drug court status conference and failure to comply with the terms and conditions of drug court. Bail was set at $100,000.
Laura L. Vice, 46, of 600 Superior Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 9:35 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Vice was released on a $1,500 bond.
Roy Louviere Jr., 43, of 600 Superior Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 9:45 p.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery. Louviere was released on a $1,500 bond.
Steven Morris, 29, of 113 Vista Village Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 5:50 a.m. and charged with domestic abuse battery (in the presence of a juvenile). No bail was set.
Clifton J. Vining Jr., 46, of 114 B Southeast Blvd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Sunday at 6:05 a.m. and charged with misuse of 911. Bail was set at $250.
Brontre L. Druilhet, 25, of 156 St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:57 p.m. and charged with improper lane usage, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Druilhet was released on a $4,750 bond.
Dontrell Colbert, 20, of 626 Bollard St., Baldwin, was arrested Sunday at 6:49 p.m. and charged with criminal trespass, disturbing the peace, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Colbert was released on a $4,500 bond.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Tyrone Moore, 43, of Gates Drive, Franklin, was arrested Friday at 11:24 p.m. on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated-second offense and hit and run driving. Moore was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
Gerald Sophus, 26, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:13 p.m. for the charge of domestic abuse battery-first offense. Sophus was booked, processed and released on a $1,500 bond.
Randranique Williams, 24, of Martin Luther King Boulevard., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:32 p.m. for the charge of unauthorized entry of an inhabited dwelling. Williams was booked, processed and released on a $500 bond.
Leonce Perro, 25, of Ninth Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:50 a.m. for the charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Perro was booked, processed and held with no bond set.
Darius Moore, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested Monday at 3:24 a.m. and charged on a warrant for Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office for the charge of domestic abuse battery. Moore was booked, processed and held on a $5,000 bond.
