Police Reports 7-20-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Barell J. Billiot, 44, of Houma, was arrested Friday at 7:49 a.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of driving under suspension. Billiot was released on $250 bond.
Trey Robin, 18, of Houma, Jacoby Phillips, 18, of 905 Poplar St., Morgan City, a juvenile male, age 16, of Jeanerette, and Drake Crochet, 18, of 208 Onstead St., Morgan City, were arrested Friday at 7:36 p.m. on charges of criminal trespassing. The adults were released on summons and the juvenile to guardians pending juvenile court.
Davonte J. Williams, 23, of 417 Bowman St., Morgan City, was arrested Friday at 9:09 p.m. on a charge of entering contraband into a jail and was held with no bond set.
Christopher Willoughby, 23, and Dylan Willoughby, 21, both of 171 Jupiter St., Bayou Vista, were arrested Friday at 10:33 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. No bonds were set.
A juvenile male, 16, of Lafayette, was arrested Sunday at 12:29 a.m. on a charge of unlawful possession of tobacco and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Jeremy Arclis, 35, of 404½ Cleveland St., Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 1:41 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family and a probation violation warrant. Bond was set at $10,027.
Anthony Chapman, 41, of 603 Osage St., Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 6:04 p.m. on charges of domestic aggravated battery after reportedly cutting a female’s arm with a knife. No bond was set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the following arrests after a traffic stop Saturday where consent to search was given:
Ivy Hebert Jr., 22, of Hebert Lane, Baldwin, was charged with possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule III drug, possession of a schedule IV drug and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
Lou Pichoff Jr., 36, of Hebert Street, Franklin, was charged with possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule III drug and possession of a schedule IV drug and transactions involving proceeds from drug offenses.
Both were held with no bonds set.
Somphone Khayankane, 34, of New Iberia, was arrested today on a warrant charging him with domestic abuse battery. No bond was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Derrick McDaniel Sr., 30, of Joseph Street, Franklin, Friday at 7:32 p.m. on a district court warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of criminal neglect of family. He was held on $6,815 bond.
Joshua Hebert, 22, of Youngsville, was arrested Friday at 9:46 p.m. on a local warrant charging him with simple battery; a St. Martin Parish warrant charging him with unauthorized use of an access card; and a Lafayette Parish warrant charging him with simple burglary and unauthorized use of an access card. No bond was set.
Dean Darby, 24, of Iberia Street, was arrested Saturday at 4:33 a.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace intoxicated and held on $500 bond.
Harry Francis, 51, of Hanson Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 4:04 p.m. on charges of sexual battery and molestation of a juvenile, reportedly a 16-year-old male. No bond was set.
Gerald Sophus, 25, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:37 p.m. on charges of suspended driver’s license, stop sign violation, failure to signal and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. He was released on $1,750 bond.
Florence Lightfoot, 56, of Willow Street, Franklin, was charged Saturday at 9:27 p.m. with issuing worthless checks and issued a summons to appear in court.
Monica Harris, 49, of Jolivette Street, Baldwin, was charged Sunday at 10:15 with issuing worthless checks and issued a summons to appear in court.
