Police Reports 7-22-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Bobbie Fitch, 34, of 1536 US 90, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 12:39 p.m. and charged with disturbing the peace (offensive language). Fitch was released on a summons to appear in court.
John Serrano-Garcia, 26, of 211 Mechanic St., Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 9:30 p.m. and charged with maximum speed limit, failure to signal 100 feet prior to an intersection, no driver’s license, failure to obtain registration, possession of marijuana, possession of cocaine and possession of (open) alcoholic beverages in motor vehicles. No bail was set.
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrest:
Tanya B. Authement, 44, of 1222 Main St., Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 10:29 p.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Authement was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Terrance Huckaby, 21, of Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:32 a.m. for the charge of entry on or remaining on land after being forbidden. Huckaby was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
Bryan Sam, 48, of Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 6:59 p.m. and charged on a warrant dated May 13, 2016, for the charge of remaining where forbidden. Sam was booked, processed, and held on a $500 bond.
