Police Reports 7-25-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Andrea M. Ackman, 32, of Amelia, was arrested Friday at 10:56 a.m. and charged for violation of the parish ordinance governing the confinement of animals. Ackman was released on a summons to appear in court.
Scotty Pellerin, 35, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday at 3:42 p.m. and charged on a warrant for telephone harassment. He was released on a $750 bond.
Dion Maize, 24, of 710 Sixth St., Morgan City, was additionally charged Saturday at 4:49 p.m. with home invasion and a second count of armed robbery. No bail was set.
Brett M. LeBoeuf, 21, of 1700 Dale St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 4:52 a.m. and charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated. LeBoeuf was released after posting a $750 bond.
Jody L. Foster, 50, of 308 Carol Rd., Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 8:06 p.m. and charged with simple battery. Foster was released on a $500 bond.

Karen Fleetwood, 51, of 1018 Fifth St., Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 12:36 p.m. and charged for improper lane usage and possession of Schedule II (crack cocaine). Fleetwood was released on a $2,500 bond.
Micah Soileau, 18, of 512 Joey St., Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 2:22 p.m. and charged with possession of Schedule I (marijuana). Soileau was released on a summons to appear in court.
Trevor Alfano, 18, of 1700 Walnut St., Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 5:44 p.m. and charged with improper lane usage, possession of Sschedule I (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Alfano was released on a summons to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Kendrick Fontenot, 34, of Samuel Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 1:41 a.m. for the charge of domestic abuse battery- first offense. Fontenot was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
Shamberly Caesar, 27, of Branch Street, Baldwin, was arrested Saturday at 7:23 a.m. for the charge of entry or remaining on property after being forbidden. Caesar was booked, processed, and released on a $500 bond.
Traci Sauce, 29, of Lee Charles Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 7:17 p.m. for the charge of criminal mischief (filing a false report). Sauce was booked, processed and released on a $500 bond.
Paul Clark, 57, of Cedar Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 9:50 p.m. for the charges of domestic abuse battery-first offense and possession of a legend drug without a prescription (Viagra). Clark was booked, processed and released on a $2,025.00 bond.
Tiashea Depass, 28, of Myra Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 10:27 p.m. on a warrant for Lafayette City Court for the charge of theft. Depass was booked, processed and held with no bond set.
