Police Reports 7-8-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the Narcotics Division made the following arrests:
Skilan Gros, 22, of 417 Southwest Road, was arrested Thursday at 10:55 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Gros was released on a summons to appear in court.
Heather Dupre, 28, of 417 Southwest Road, was arrested Thursday at 10:55 a.m. and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Dupre was released on a summons to appear in court.
Joshua Roshell, 22, of 165 Lenny’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 9:58 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of a Schedule II narcotic and obstruction of justices. No bail was set.

Tracy Lynn Silva, 51, of 7401 Park St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:50 a.m. and charged for no driver’s license, no vehicle insurance and monetary instrument abuse. No bail was set.
Areana Candanedo, 25, of 7401 Park St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 9:50 a.m. and charged for monetary instrument abuse. No bail was set.
Sean Patrick Stewart, 40, of 271 Grandwood Apts. No, 58, Patterson, was arrested Thursday at 11:26 a.m. and charged on a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of theft over $500 and for a warrant for failing to appear to court on charges of driving under suspension and failure to use a seatbelt. No bail was set.
Brittney Fisher, 25, of 1901 Saturn Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested Thursday at 11:06 p.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and possession of Xanax. No bail was set.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Demond Grimm, 37, of St. Joseph Lane, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 7:23 p.m. for the charge of possession of Schedule I marijuana- first offense. Grimm was booked, processed and held on a $2,000 bond.
Cedric Kemp, 25, of Baker Road, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 10:07 p.m. for the charges of operating a vehicle while under the influence, possession of Schedule I narcotics (marijuana)-second offense), possession of drug paraphernalia-second offense, driver must be licensed and improper lane usage. Kemp was booked, processed, and held with no bond set.
