Police Reports 7-9-14

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrest:
Cheryl F. Tabor, 54, of 2419 Tupelo St., Morgan City, was arrested Tuesday at 3:04 p.m. on a charge of reckless operation and released on a summons.
Chitimacha Police Chief Blaise Smith reported the arrest of Steven Vilcan, 46, of Charenton, Monday at 5:30 p.m. on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a firearm. He was arrested in a joint investigation with tribal police, Franklin Police, the Third Ward Court Marshal’s Office and United States Marshal’s Office. He was released on $10,000 bond.
