Police Reports 8-24-15

Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the following arrests:
Jermaine Williams Sr., 39, of Scottie Street, Franklin, was charged Friday at 10:39 a.m. on a warrant with a charge of simple battery. No bond was set.
Donald Williams, 31, of Calbert Street, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 9:19 a.m. on a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of speeding and failure to honor written promise to appear. He was released on $345 bond.
Jake Burke, 21, of Oakdale Street, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 2:26 p.m. on a charge of criminal mischief by filing a false police report and was released on $500 bond.
Deondra Williams, 29, of Theresa Street, Franklin, was arrested today at 1:59 a.m. on a charge of second offense domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
Chitimacha Police Chief Hal Hutchinson reported the arrest of Kane Thomas, 26, of Charenton, Thursday on charges of no insurance, stop sign violation and driving under suspension. He was released on a summons.
Erica Rodgriguez, 28, of Lafayette, was arrested Thursday on a 15th Judicial District Court failure to appear warrant on a charge of possession of marijuana. Bond is set at $1,000.
Seth Patout, 19, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and released on a summons.
Patrick Broussard, 20, of New Iberia, was arrested Friday on charges of aggravated assault with a firearm, aggravated assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Nathaniel Menard, 21, of Charenton, was arrested Saturday on a charge of possession of marijuana and a district court failure to appear warrant on charges of flight from an officer, speeding, reckless operation and driving under suspension. No bond was set.
