Police Reports 8-28-15
St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Tony Karo, 55, and Tony C. Karo, 18, both of 4834 Chitimacha Trail, Charenton, were arrested Thursday at 7:03 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery. Tony E. Karo was released on $1,000 bond and no bond was set on Tony C. Caro.
Brian Johnson, 53, of 103 Bailey’s Lane, Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 6:44 p.m. on a charge of domestic abuse battery and held with no bond set.
A juvenile female, 16, of Amelia, was arrested Thursday at 9:41 p.m. on charges of domestic abuse battery and aggravated assault. She was released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Stephen Baudoin, 54, of Lafayette, was arrested today at 4:18 a.m. on a charge of remaining where forbidden and held on $10,000 bond.
Lionel Granger III, 50, of 1008 Grace St., Morgan City, was arrested Thursday at 5:44 p.m. on charges of speeding, reckless operation, driving under suspension, open alcohol container, second offense possession of marijuana and resisting an officer by refusing to give information. No bond was set.
Zacolby Granger, 23, of Siracusaville, was arrested by Narcotics Division agents Thursday at 9:02 p.m. on charges of possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Granger was released on a summons.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Shane Suire, 19, of Susan Court, Morgan City, Thursday at 11:21 a.m. on charges of no insurance, illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of drug paraphernalia and Heroin, altered license plate and possession of a firearm in the presence of a controlled dangerous substance. No bond was set.
Chris Baptiste, 47, of Third Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 5:59 p.m. on a charge of third offense theft of goods. No bond was set.
Christine Drinkwater, 35, of Main Street, Franklin, was arrested Thursday at 6 p.m. on a warrant charging her with shoplifting and was released on $1,000 bond.
