Police Reports 9-14-15

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Harrison Bergeron, 22, of 546 Riverview Drive, Bayou Vista, was arrested Friday at 11:37 a.m. on a warrant charging him with sexual battery. He was released on $5,000 bond.
Elithia Thomas, 33, of Houston, was arrested Friday at 11:42 a.m. on failure to appear warrants on charges of issuing worthless checks. She was released on $4,000 bond.
Dallas Hodge, 51, of Bayou L’Ourse, was arrested Friday at 11:50 a.m. on two warrants charging him with issuing worthless checks. He was released on a summons.
A juvenile female, 15, of Patterson, was arrested Friday at 3:58 p.m. on a charge of disturbing the peace and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Glenn Rochel Jr., 32, of 135 Laura St., Patterson, was arrested Friday at 3:08 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on charges of simple assault and telephone harassment. He was released on a recognizance bond.
Derwin Vining, 37, of 2302 Federal Avenue, Morgan City, was arrested Saturday at 1:20 p.m. on a failure to appear warrant on a charge of criminal neglect of family. Bond was set at $1,832.
Drew R. Baugher, 25, of 122 Mill Road, Patterson, was arrested Saturday at 5:45 p.m. on three warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court and held on $300,000 bond.
A juvenile male, 16, of Four Corners, was arrested Saturday at 7:47 p.m. on a charge of simple burglary and released to guardians pending juvenile court.
Donald Cunningham, 70, of 519 Arcemont Lane, Bayou Vista, was arrested Saturday at 7:09 p.m. on charges of simple battery, aggravated battery, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. No bond was set.
Adrian Hicks, 29, of 774 Parish Road, Franklin, was arrested Saturday at 11:50 p.m. on charges of DWI, driving under suspension, open alcohol container and failure to appear on charges of suspended license and speeding. No bond was set.
Gonzalo Perez-Gonzalez, 32, of 123 Garber St., Morgan City, was arrested Sunday at 2:46 a.m. on charges of DWI, open alcohol container, no driver’s license and careless operation. No bond was set.
Moses Marks Jr., 55, of 217 Kemper Road, Franklin, was arrested Sunday at 3:43 p.m. on charges of speeding, driving under suspension and a failure to appear warrant on charges of failure to use seatbelts, no driver’s license and failure to honor written promise to appear. Bond is set at $1,585.
John G. Deville, 49, of 271 Grandwood Drive, Apt. 46, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 7:20 p.m. on charges of improper lane use, possession of synthetic marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and abuse of toxic vapors. He was released on $4,750 bond.
David Bonner, 48, of 111 Cypress Lane, Patterson, was arrested Sunday at 11:33 p.m. on a charge of simple battery and held on $500 bond.
