Police Reports 9-22-16

St. Mary Parish Sheriff Mark Hebert reported the following arrests:
Brittany Fisher, 26, of 910 Omni St., Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 10:15 a.m. on a warrant charging her with failure to appear for a drug court status conference and was held on $100,000 bond.
Terry Caudill Jr., 31, of 914 Main St., Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 1:47 p.m. on a warrant charging him with theft and released on a summons.
John P. May Jr., 26, of 102 Jane Lane, Amelia, was arrested Wednesday at 8:25 p.m. on two warrants charging him with failure to comply with the terms of drug court and was held on $200,000 bond.
Narcotics Division agents arrested Miles J. Borel, 42, of 132 Venus St., Apt. 2, Bayou Vista, on charges of possession of marijuana and Schedule II with intent to distribute, possession of drug paraphernalia, Schedule II and Schedule III drugs and violation of a drug free zone.
Maryann M. Norris, 26, 132 Venus St., Apt. 2, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Wednesday at 7:48 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Krystal L. Meranta, 27, 206 Clarke Road, Bayou Vista, was arrested on Wednesday at 7:48 p.m. for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Detectives with the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division began an investigation into possible illegal drug activity at Borel’s residence. Detectives executed a search warrant and reportedly located bags of marijuana, oxycodone pills, a glass pipe, a Fentanyl patch and Subutex pill. The drugs were located within 2,000 feet of a church. Borel was transported to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. Norris and Meranta were released on summonses to appear in court.
Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire reported the arrest of Randranique Williams, 24, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, Wednesday at 8:27 a.m. on a charge of simple battery requiring medical attention and was released on $500 bond.
Christopher Lumpkin, 34, of Martin Luther King Boulevard, Franklin, was arrested Wednesday at 10:57 a.m. on warrants charging him with criminal trespassing, unauthorized entry, sexual battery and parole violation. Lumpkin allegedly went in to the yard and porch of a residence on Ibert Street and began knocking and yelling, causing a disturbance. On another date, Lumpkin allegedly entered a residence on Second Street and began touching the victim inappropriately while she was asleep. No bond was set.
Jesse Hart, 24, of St. Michael Street, Patterson, was arrested Wednesday at 11:36 p.m. on charges of monetary instrument abuse and parole violation. No bond was set.
