St. Mary Parish's Most Wanted

A 23-year-old Franklin man wanted for kicking a police officer and a 36-year-old Breaux Bridge man wanted for not paying more than $48,000 in child support are new suspects to May’s Daily Review Most Wanted edition.
The Daily Review asks law enforcement agencies each month for their “Most Wanted.”
St. Mary Parish Sheriff
Carlin David Stelly, 36, whose last known address is in the 1100 block of Jules Broussard Road in Breaux Bridge, is wanted on warrants for failure to appear on the charge of criminal neglect of family. Deputies developed information that Stelly may be visiting or staying somewhere in the Centerville area, St. Mary Parish Mark Hebert said in a news release.
Stelly owes more than $48,000 in child support/alimony payments, Hebert said. Anyone with information on Stelly’s whereabouts may contact the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office at 337-828-1960 or 985-384-1622.
Previously featured Most Wanted suspects Larry Dean Robertson Jr. and Andre Jones have not yet been arrested. Robertson is wanted for armed robbery and failure to appear for simple robbery. Jones is wanted for failure to appear for criminal neglect of family.
Franklin
Spencer Bourda, 23, whose last known address is in the 100 block of Blakesley Street in Franklin, is wanted on warrants dated May 22, for possession of marijuana, resisting an officer with force and battery of a police officer. Officers are seeking Bourda after an officer attempted to stop and identify Bourda. While the officer was trying to identify Bourda, he threw narcotics on the ground, kicked the officer and fled the scene on foot, Franklin Police Chief Sabria McGuire said in a news release. Bourda is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds.
Raynell Williams, Eric Dennis and Lavonacheck Thomas still have outstanding warrants for their arrests. Williams is wanted on a warrant for failure to register as a sex offender. Dennis is wanted on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Thomas is wanted for possession of Schedule IV Xanax, possession of Schedule II Lortab, possession of Schedule IV Soma, possession of Schedule II Roxicodone, and two counts of prohibited acts for altered/forged prescriptions. Williams, Dennis and Thomas have been featured since November, October and September, respectively.

Suspects Curtis Williams, Tyrone Freeman and Breonne Bowie have all been arrested since April’s Most Wanted edition ran.
On April 25, Curtis Williams, 31, of Martin Luther King Boulevard in Franklin, was arrested on a warrant for domestic abuse battery. Williams was also arrested on a 16th Judicial Court warrant for failure to appear on the charge of cocaine, disturbing the peace by public intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia, McGuire said in a news release.
Williams was charged with resisting an officer with force and violence, attempted disarming of a peace officer, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of crack cocaine with intent to distribute and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Williams had been featured in the Most Wanted edition since March.
On May 8, Tyrone Freeman, 45, of La. 87 in Franklin, who had been on the Most Wanted list since December 2012, was arrested for illegal possession of stolen things. Freeman was also arrested on a warrant from the 16th Judicial District Court in New Iberia for failure to appear on the charge of issuing worthless checks.
On May 13, Breonne L. Bowie, 26, of the 400 block of Lockette Road in Franklin, was arrested on eight warrants from the Franklin Police Department on two counts of simple criminal damage to property, two counts of stop sign or yield sign violation, six counts driving under suspension, general speed law, resisting an officer by flight, possession of stolen things, no record of vehicle insurance and aggravated obstruction of a highway.
Bowie had been on the Most Wanted list since January.
Patterson
Previously featured suspects Marilyn D. Brown and Christopher S. Webb are both still wanted. Brown is wanted on warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of crack cocaine. Webb is wanted for distribution of cocaine. Brown has been on the Most Wanted list since July, while Webb has been featured since April 2013.

Morgan City
Mitchell Freeman, whose last known address is in Benton, Ky., was first featured in December’s edition and is wanted on a warrant for forgery and theft. He is 6 feet tall and weighs 190 pounds.
John Joseph Marchetti, who was first featured in April 2013, is wanted on two counts for theft more than $500 totaling $5,600, two counts of bank fraud and two counts of forgery.

Berwick
Police are still trying to find David Fanguy and Shaneal Juwayn Williams, who have been on the Most Wanted list. Fanguy is wanted for domestic abuse battery fourth offense. Williams is wanted for hit and run, improper backing and expired driver’s license. Fanguy and Williams were first run in the Most Wanted edition in October 2012 and September 2012, respectively.
