Area prep baseball games postponed

Two Tri-City area prep baseball games were postponed Saturday due to inclement weather.
Morgan City’s District 7-4A contest with Vandebilt Catholic, which was set for a 2 p.m. start Saturday, has been moved to
Wednesday at 6 p.m. at Tiger Diamond.
Meanwhile, Patterson and Berwick’s District 9-3A contest, which began Wednesday before being postponed in the top of the
third with Patterson leading 2-0, was set to be concluded Sunday at 3 p.m.
However, that game now has been moved to Friday at 6 p.m. in Patterson.
While Patterson and Central Catholic’s contest has been canceled for today, the Lumberjacks will play at Northside Christian
today at 6:30 p.m.
Meanwhile, Berwick will continue District 9-3A play with a Tuesday contest at E.D. White set for a 4 p.m. start.
Morgan City will face Vandebilt Catholic on the road Tuesday at 6 p.m. in a district contest before coming home to face the Terriers
a day later.
Central Catholic will continue district play today when it hosts Vermilion Catholic in a 6 p.m. contest today.
