BHS falls at home
The Berwick Lady Panthers fell to Assumption Wednesday, 5-0, in nondistrict action.
While the Lady Panthers loaded the bases with two outs in the top of the seventh inning, Assumption’s pitcher induced a groundout to end the game.
No individual statistics were available from Wednesday’s contest.
Berwick (6-9 overall, 2-0 in district) will return to action today when it travels to face Patterson. Junior varsity action will begin at 4 p.m., while varsity will begin at 6:30 p.m.
