Bowling jamboree is Wednesday

Tri-City area high school bowling teams will be in action Wednesday when they begin their seasons with a jamboree at Charlie’s Lanes in Morgan City.
Berwick, Morgan City and Central Catholic, which is co-ed this year, will compete on the boys side, while Berwick and Morgan City will compete in girls action.
Action will begin at 3:40 p.m. with the lone girls game between Berwick and Morgan City.
Also at 3:40 p.m., the first boys game will be between Berwick and Central Catholic, while Morgan City will bowl three games of “baker.”
Game two on the boys side features Morgan City and Berwick, while Central Catholic will bowl three games of “baker.”
In game 3, Central Catholic will face Morgan City, while Berwick will bowl three games of “baker.”
