Gueydan tops CHS

GUEYDAN _ Gueydan’s Lady Bears toppled the Centerville Lady Bulldogs 48-21 in the District 7-1A opener here Tuesday at the GHS Gym.
Leading scorers for the Lady Bulldogs were: Rylie Candella, 9 points; Kayla Robinson, 4 points and Alyrria Austin, 4 points.
Centerville will return home Friday to host Central Catholic.
