Hanson Tigers down VCHS

ABBEVILLE _ Brennan Young supplied the pitching while Jacob Hebert went 4 for 4 leading the Hanson Memorial Tigers to a 15-2 District 7-1A victory over the Vermilion Catholic Eagles here Thursday at Ralph Sellers Field.
Hanson moved its current record to 22-2 overall and 11-0 in league play.
Young (5-1) allowed two earned runs on two hits with one strikeout and four walks over four innings. Josh Sanchez pitched the final inning, striking out the side.
Hebert went 4 for 4 on a pair of doubles and singles with two runs and two RBI.
