Hanson earned a berth in the All State Sugar Bowl/LHSAA Fast Pitch 56 State Tournament in Sulphur on Friday against No. 3 Cedar Creek. The Lady Tigers are making their second consecutive trip to the state tournament after earning a berth in the 2014 tournament.
