LHSAA names interim executive director

The Louisiana High School Athletic Association has announced an interim executive director.
Jimmy Anderson was named interim Executive Director, Vic Bonnaffee, LHSAA Executive Committee president and principal of Central Catholic, announced in an LHSAA news release this morning.
Anderson’s previous LHSAA experience includes holding the position of past president, while he currently is a compliance officer, according to the LHSAA release.
The LHSAA announced Thursday that its executive committee and then-executive director Kenny Henderson had agreed that Henderson would leave his post, effective last Friday.
The organization formed a search committee to find Henderson’s replacement, and the LHSAA announced Monday it was taking applications for the position.
