Trio of Tigers make 1st team

The Morgan City High School had three first-team selections on the All-District 7-4A team.
The Tigers’ Jaylen Jones made the team at wide receiver, while fellow teammate Kevon Marsh was a first-team choice at the Athlete position.
On defense, Morgan City’s Anthony Rink was a first-team choice at linebacker.
Morgan City’s second-team picks on offense were Marsh at running back and Hunter Vining on the offensive line at center.
The Tigers’ second-team defensive selections were Dezin Young and Clifton Escort on the line, Zach Hillen at linebacker and Andre Welsh at defensive back.
Representing Morgan City on the honorable mention offense were Jacolbi Francois at running back, Dustin Harris at tight end, offensive lineman Cameron Marcantel, wide receiver Makye Richard and Jones at return specialist.
Representing the Tigers on the honorable mention defense were Trey Robin at defensive back, while Irving Delgado was a kicker/punter.
