The Cajun Coast Horseshoe Classic, the final stop on 2015 season of The Horseshoe Tour, was held Saturday and Sunday at Kemper Williams Park near Patterson. Among the competitors were Joan Elmore, left, of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, who is a seven-time world champion and ranked No. 1 among women’s competitors in Class A worldwide, and Al Dodson, right, of Morgan City. Elmore took first in Class A with a 7-0 mark and a ringer percentage of 86.67. Dodson placed second in Class E with a 3-4 mark and a ringer percentage of 30.67.
