Loupe-Listi wed in May 29 ceremony

Catherine Loupe and Dean Listi Jr. were united in matrimony during a 7 p.m. double-ring ceremony on May 29 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Morgan City. The Rev. Gregory Fratt officiated.
The bride is the daughter of Irvin and Carla Loupe of Berwick. The groom is the son of Dr. Dean and Karen Listi of Morgan City.
Decorating the sanctuary were white floral arrangements on the altar. Hydrangeas and blush roses were pew markers.
Escorted in marriage by her father, the bride wore a ball gown with a cathedral train. Gracing her head was a cathedral-length veil.
She carried a bouquet of white peonies, ranunculus and cabbage roses.
A reception followed at the Petroleum Club of Morgan City.
The bride is a graduate of Berwick High School and Nicholls State University in Thibodaux.
The groom is a graduate of Central Catholic High School in Morgan City and Louisiana State University. He obtained a master’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
They honeymooned in St. Lucia.
